Additional packaging/manufacturing note: Initial copies included a transparent, frosted inlay tray with "ribbed" spine (outer/exposed portion) & packaged inside a cardboard security-longbox with cover image stretched out. Subsequent copies released in clear jewelcasing (non-frosted/ribbed) with 2 horizontal "structure bars" - as part of the plastic molding - on the backside of the inlay tray spine & also packaged inside a cardboard security-longbox. All copies since are packaged in the current industry-standard clear jewelcasing including this release.
All released versions include copies w/ either a red & black or blue & black cover image.
